The Chevrolet Silverado trucks have long been successful in the Fort Wayne, IN market. Each one is strong, athletic and practical. Over the years, their features have gotten more and more advanced. In this modern era, some Defiance, OH customers aren't only interested in power and performance; they're also interested in efficiency. Well, there's good news for those who would love to drive a more eco-friendly Chevy pickup truck. An electric version of the Silverado is coming to Paulding, OH with the 2024 Silverado EV.

Performance

The upcoming Silverado EV will use an all-new battery platform from General Motors called Ultium. Ultium will give the truck plenty of power, along with an excellent range. It's estimated that you'll be able to drive up to 400 miles on a single charge. Not only will you have over 660 horsepower and 780 pound-feet of torque at your disposal, but you'll also be able to drive around Van Wert, OH and elsewhere without needlessly worrying about running out of charge.

The in-cabin technology can help you pinpoint charging stations and can keep you informed of remaining range. Available air ride adaptive suspension can keep things smooth, even when you're in rough terrain. Plus, this model is expected to have a towing capacity of more than 10,000 pounds.

Convenient Features

This truck will be a workhorse, just like the other Silverado trucks in our lineup. It will have a Multi-Flex Midgate with a pass-through feature and a standard bed that's almost six feet long. With an array of standard driver-assist systems, you'll be better able to stay out of harm's way and stay aware of potential risks.

It's not quite ready yet, but we're excited for when it arrives at Stykemain Chevrolet. Be sure to let us know if you'd like to reserve one or get updates regarding this new Chevy truck's arrival in Paulding, OH!
