Scheduling appointment was painless! Arrived a little early, car was taken back on the scheduled time. Waiting room was very comfortable. Plenty of reading material. Got oil/filter change and tire rotation. Work was completed sooner than I expected. Service employee went over work order in detail and answered any questions I had. Was very pleased with the whole service experience!! Thank you Stykemain Chevrolet!

The guy at the computer that greeted me was so kind and told me he was new and shook my hand! Brock is always so professional and kind and tells me everything I need to know about my car and answers all questions.

Buying a car should qualify as an Olympic event… especially if I’m the customer. 😂 I started out with my old faithful salesman, Jesse Renollet, but he had the nerve to be off enjoying the beach with his beautiful family. Since he was unavailable, he handed me off to Bubba. Bubba got us out on a test drive, but after working with me for a short time, I think he realized he needed a vacation too. To be fair, I’m a high-maintenance client, so I completely understand. 🤷‍♀️😂 Thankfully, they switched to a tag-team approach. Jesse and Bubba tracked down exactly what I was looking for and had it brought in for me. Then Ken stepped in to finish everything up and somehow made buying a car almost effortless. He even threw in a few stock market tips and tricks, so maybe next time I’ll be paying for my vehicle with investment gains instead of a car payment! 📈🤣 Huge thanks to everyone at Paulding Stykeman for the exceptional customer service. You all made the process fun, easy, and probably earned yourselves a well-deserved vacation after dealing with me!
